Helping Hands was founded in 2024 when we identified a gap in non-profit services in our area for exterior maintenance and minor home repairs. The reality is that many seniors and people with disabilities don't have a support system, or the financial or physical means to be able to maintain their homes appropriately. We can build stronger communities by helping each other, and at Helping Hands, we build the bridge between the call for help and the response for help.
We hire quality and reliable contractors to perform the work while a team comprised of community leaders serve on the Board of Directors to guide the growth of the organization.

Helping Hands of Southeast Ohio provides opportunities for vulnerable populations to access health, safety, and wellness within their homes.
Vision
To expand our services across Southeast Ohio that not only helps seniors and people with disabilities live more safely but also beautifies our neighborhoods and saves homes from a fate of permanent disrepair.
